Heather D. Ross, ICD.D, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, operations, and strategic leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd., STELCO, and Information Services Corporation, Heather holds key leadership positions such as Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committees. With a robust background at TD Bank Group, culminating as Senior Vice President across various operational roles, Heather has a proven track record in driving transformation, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-performance teams. Previous roles include leadership at Lenovo Canada and IBM in various strategic and managerial capacities.
