Radu Visina

Radu Visina has worked as a Research Engineer at Information Systems Laboratories since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Engineering Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut from January 2016 to May 2019. Before their time at the university, Radu held the position of Lead Firmware Development Engineer at Parker Hannifin from April 2011 to November 2015, where they were responsible for leading research and development of firmware systems for various applications. Radu also has experience working as an Electronics Automation and Calibration Engineer at Ashcroft, Inc. from April 2008 to April 2011.

Radu Visina completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Connecticut from 2002 to 2007. Radu then pursued a Master's Degree in Information, Communication, Decision, and Biosystems (Systems Engineering) from the same university, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
