Jackie Whisman

Jackie Whisman is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer and Vice President at Information Technology and Innovation Foundation. Prior to this, Jackie held the position of Vice President at HM&CO. Jackie also worked as a Regional Get-Out-The-Vote Director at Obama for America in Las Vegas, NV. Jackie has previous experience as a Legislative Assistant at Elmendorf Strategies and as a Legislative Correspondent at the United States Senate. Jackie's background includes serving as a Regional Field Director at Friends of Martin O'Malley. Jackie earned a BA in Political Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
