Sameer Boray

Sameer Boray is a Policy Manager on the Trust, Data and Technology team, focusing on platforms and intermediaries. Sameer first joined ITI as a Graduate Fellow on the Government Affairs team where he focused on technology policy issues emanating from the U.S. Congress and administration. During his time as graduate student, Sameer interned with the cybersecurity team at the International Telecommunication Union. Prior to graduate school, Sameer worked with Uber’s Public Policy and Government Relations Team in South Asia and briefly practiced as a corporate attorney in India.

Sameer holds a Master of Arts Degree in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He also holds a law degree from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India.

He was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Bangalore, India.
