Heba Saleh

Heba Saleh, PhD, is a prominent figure in the field of information technology and education. Currently serving as Chairwoman at the Information Technology Institute since September 2011, Heba Saleh also holds multiple board memberships, including positions at Exceed Company and the Egyptian Supreme Council’s computer sector committee. Previously, Heba Saleh was instrumental in the EduEgypt Initiative as Director, impacting approximately 45,000 university students and earning recognition for its effectiveness in BPO sector job placement. With a solid background that includes project management for award-winning e-learning initiatives and experience as a software developer, Heba Saleh holds a Bachelor's degree from Cairo University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisville, and a PhD from the University of Sunderland, focusing on technology empowerment in education.
