Herschel Chandler

Herschel Chandler serves as Principal Consultant and President at Information Unlimited Inc. since December 1995, while also holding the role of Account Executive for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer in Washington, D.C., since September 2016, managing various programs related to application development and data center support. Chandler's expertise extends to managing NATO agreements for the NATO Communications and Information Agency, supporting DISA operations at Fort Meade, and advising the U.S. Department of Commerce on the 2020 Decennial Census. Additional roles include IT Strategy SME for the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs and Data Governance Expert for multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong background in program management, data governance, and IT strategy. Chandler holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
