Alicia Quan

Alicia Quan has a long and varied work experience. Alicia began their career in 2008 as an Army ROTC and Resident Assistant at Biola University. In 2010, they worked as an Academic Tutor for Tutor Zone. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Supervisor/Trainer and Life Coach for InJOY Life Resources, Inc. During this time, they also worked as a Middle School Teacher and Head Basketball Coach for Woodcrest Christian School. In 2020, they started working for SMART Technologies as a Lesson Adaptation Specialist and for Imagine Learning as a Product Designer and Learning Experience Designer. In 2021, they were an On Deck Design Fellow and in 2022, they became a Product Designer for Informed K12. Alicia is currently the Founder and Product Designer for UX of EdTech.

Alicia Quan obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from Biola University from 2007 to 2010. Alicia then obtained a Master of Science in Education from California Baptist University from 2017 to 2019. In July 2018, they obtained a CSET: Life Science certification from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. In November 2019, they obtained a California Teaching Credential - Life Sciences certification from the same institution. Alicia Quan is currently enrolled in a Coursera Specialization in User Experience Design & Research from the University of Michigan School of Information. Alicia is also a Google Level 2 Certified Educator.
