Customer Success Manager at Informed K12

Danny Profit has a diverse and extensive work experience. Danny began their career in 2008 as an Intern at INROADS, where they received corporate readiness training and won a multi-year paid summer internship with Sikorsky. In 2010, they became a Campus Staff Member at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. In 2015, they were a Youth and Young Adult Pastor at the First Baptist Congregational Church, where they organized church leadership to make personal and systemic changes in the overall culture and programs of the organization. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at McGaw YMCA, including Director of Operations, Manager of Admissions & Data, Manager of Member Relations, and Registration Specialist. During this time, they created systems of data collection and analysis, met or exceeded over 90% of enrollment goals for school age and early childhood programs, and led a team of 20+ membership staff. In 2016, they also served as a Site Director at Books & Breakfast, a nonprofit with a mission to advance educational equity. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager at Informed K12, where they are on a mission to help school district administrators operate efficiently and gain insight into their most critical school business processes.

Danny Profit obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice from Aurora University. Danny then completed the Customer Success Bootcamp from RecastSuccess in May 2022, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in February 2022.
