Swati Yadav has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. SWATI began their career as an HR Executive at Spice Smart Solution Ltd. in 2014. In 2015, they moved to ICCS Pvt Ltd. as a Senior HR Executive, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment. In 2016, Swati joined CROWN MEDIA as a Senior HR Executive, where they were responsible for recruiting candidates using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals. In 2018, they were appointed as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Aannya Softwares Pvt. Ltd. Finally, in 2022, Swati was promoted to Manager of HR & Admin at Informics.

Swati Yadav completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from IIMT Group of College in 2014. SWATI then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
