Amritpal Singh

Amritpal Singh currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Infosec Ventures, starting in November 2024. Prior to this role, Amritpal co-founded SwiftAMS in January 2023, serving as CTO and significantly enhancing the management systems for education and immigration agencies, achieving a 40% efficiency increase. Amritpal also co-founded CustomerSuccessBox, where the platform grew to support over 500 clients in the SaaS industry, automating customer success management with a powerful multi-tenant architecture. Earlier experience includes co-founding Promoto.co and Advisor HealthCare, as well as roles at Droom Technology, Kayako, and Careerdart. Amritpal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University.
