Carl Loiuse Isip

Carl Loiuse Isip is an experienced software engineer with a background in API planning, development, database architecture, and server management. Carl Loiuse has held various roles in the software engineering industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer for Market Valued Opinion & Research Services, Inc, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and Millward Brown Digital. In 2013, they joined icannhas Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they created projects ranging from API development, E-commerce systems, content display, and mobile development. In 2014, they moved to HelloDoc Inc. as Lead Backend Engineer, where they designed the database architecture and created APIs to be used by web and mobile clients. In 2016, they joined Infoshift as Technical Lead and was involved in several projects related to API planning and development with partners from different sectors. That same year, they also co-founded CirclesHQ as Lead Backend Engineer, where they designed the database architecture and created APIs to be used by the web client. In 2018, they became Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of JCSM Holdings and DevOps Manager, Senior System Architect / Lead Developer, and System Architect / Lead Developer of Converge ICT Solutions Inc. Currently, they are Head Of Engineering at Infoshift.

Carl Louise Isip attended Manila Science High School from 2004 to 2008 and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of the Philippines from 2008 to 2013.
