Joana Sottomayor

Joana Sottomayor is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and selection. Currently serving as Técnica de Recursos Humanos at Infosistema since 2013, Joana specializes in recruitment for the Commercial, Marketing, and IT sectors while also addressing HR needs across the organization. Previously, Joana held the position of Técnica de Recrutamento e Seleção at Human, S.A from 2008 to 2012, focusing on competency assessment and stages of recruitment. Joana began a career in HR as an Assistente de Recursos Humanos at CloseGen Lda in 2007, where responsibilities included analyzing resumes and creating job postings.
