Prior to Infosys, Anoop worked at Ericsson as a Manager focused on Operational Excellence and service delivery and held positions at Accenture and Convergys where responsibilities included project management and team leadership. Anoop began a career in customer service at GE Capital, providing support for financial products. Anoop holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shivaji University.
