Nitin Goyal has over 25 years of experience in program and project management within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal Lead for Customer Delivery at Infosys since June 2021, Nitin oversees a portfolio of program delivery for CMT clients. Previous roles include Transformation Delivery Manager at Three and Digital Transformation Manager at Tech Mahindra, where Nitin led significant projects including the delivery of a Cloud-First Digital-First PAYG platform. At Amdocs, Nitin held multiple positions, enhancing customer satisfaction and accelerating delivery through improved governance and customer engagement across various strategic transformation programs. Nitin possesses a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
