Rupen Ghosh

Rupen Ghosh is an experienced ITSM and delivery professional currently serving as Lead Consultant at RGBSI since November 2022. Previously, Rupen worked as a SIAM Consultant at HCL Technologies from January 2015 to June 2022, leading multiple engagements to enhance ITSM practices within DevOps and Agile frameworks. With a strong background in problem-solving, communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills, Rupen led a SIAM PM team to deliver high-level root cause analysis and corrective actions, while also assisting in the transition from Salesforce to ServiceNow. Prior roles included ITSM Process and Delivery Manager at IBM and Projects and ITIL Implementation at DXC Technology, where Rupen facilitated key knowledge transfers. Educational achievements consist of a GNIIT from NIIT Institute, Six Sigma certification from DXC Technologies, ITIL V3 certification from EXIN, SIAM Academy training from HCL Technologies, an MBA in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University, and current certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and in ITIL 4.
