Shikha Basandani

Shikha Basandani is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruitment methodologies. Currently serving as Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at Infosys since October 2018, Shikha has previously held roles ranging from Lead to Specialist within the same organization. Prior to joining Infosys, Shikha worked as a Recruiter at BTS Solutions, Inc. from October 2015 to September 2018, and briefly served as HR Coordinator at National Systems America L.P. in late 2014. Shikha's early experience includes comprehensive HR functions such as managing job-related documentation, onboarding processes, and maintaining personnel files. Shikha holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RGTU Bhopal, obtained from 1999 to 2003.
