Shirsendu Gupta

Shirsendu Gupta is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in technology, operations, and business management. Currently serving as Director and Head of Enterprise IT Ops at Upfield since January 2023, Shirsendu oversees global digital IT operations, focusing on innovation and business-centric technology strategies. Prior to this role, positions at Infosys included Delivery Director for Cloud Infra Services and managing global shared services, where commendable solutions were established for Fortune 500 clients. At Wipro Limited, Shirsendu was the Account Delivery Head, responsible for setting up IT operations for a major plant-based food products company, along with project management roles in the BFSI domain. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Genpact, IBM, and IEC Software Ltd. Shirsendu holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PGCBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and an MSc in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
