Tejavathi Pullagura

Tejavathi Pullagura is a highly experienced Genesys Technical Architect currently employed at Infosys since January 2017, where responsibilities include 24/7 production support for Bank of America Wealth Management Contact Centers and leading major issues in the Contact Center environment. Prior to Infosys, Tejavathi worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from January 2010 to December 2016 as a Senior Genesys Consultant and Technical Genesys Project Manager, specializing in the implementation and support of Genesys Workforce Manager and related components. Tejavathi's career began at TCS as an Assistant Software Engineer from July 2005 to December 2009, focusing on migrating Genesys Framework components. Tejavathi holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Anantpur.
