With over 29 years of experience in Quality Management within the IT services industry, Thangappan has held various roles at Infosys, including Senior Account Quality Manager and Unit Quality Head, implementing ITIL processes and driving Six Sigma and Lean initiatives. They began their career as an Engineer in Quality at Hydraulics LTD, overseeing quality control and ISO compliance in manufacturing.
