Vikram Lalla, GPHR, currently serves as Principal - Compensation and Benefits at Infosys, where responsibilities include designing and implementing executive remuneration strategies aligned with business goals and managing employee equity programs at a global level. Prior to this, Vikram held multiple roles at Infosys BPM, including Head of Total Rewards for Western Europe and South Africa, where oversight of Total Rewards programs and compensation budgeting was crucial.
