Priti Pandey Kashyap

Priti Pandey Kashyap has been in the workforce since 2014. Priti began their career as an Office Assistant cum Computer Operator at NSB BPO Solutions Pvt.Ltd. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Assistant cum Counselor at Rajeev Gandhi Prodyogiki Mahavidylaya, Gram Slaiya, Via Danish Kunj, Bhopal. In 2016, they moved to Delhi Public School Bhopal as an Executive Assistant cum HR, where they were responsible for acting as a point of contact, managing information flow, managing executives' calendars, formatting information for internal and external communication, and working with the school Vice Principal in administration management. In 2020, they joined Campus Mall Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, where they implemented and administered employee policies, provided high-quality advice and service to management, and offered proactive recruiting assistance. Currently, Priti is the HR Manager at Infotanks Media, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, bridging management and employee relations, managing talent acquisition, keeping job descriptions up-to-date, developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, and nurturing a positive working environment.

Priti Pandey Kashyap has an extensive educational background. Priti began their studies in 2010 when they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Commerce from the same university in 2015. In 2013, they also obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal. In 2017, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Financial Management from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Hiring Process : Talent Management from Udemy.
