Brett Rugroden

Brett Rugroden has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Brett started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain and later as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve. During their time in the military, they provided training, designed and delivered military decision-making process training, and improved combat readiness of US National Guard and Reserve Forces during the Iraq War.

After their military service, Brett joined the Warner Group as a Senior Consultant for a year before transitioning to Gartner. At Gartner, they held multiple roles, including Senior Consultant, Associate Director, Director, Vice President, and Managing Vice President. As Group Vice President of Global Public Sector Consulting, they had a strong focus on setting management consulting vision and strategic direction, identifying business opportunities, and delivering solutions for organizations globally. Brett had extensive experience in all aspects of managing complex business operations and building world-class teams, with a particular expertise in the federal, state, and local government sectors.

Most recently, Brett worked at Info-Tech Research Group as the Senior Vice President of Global Market Programs. In this role, they established the Global Market Leader program and transitioned it to the Global Market Leader program within Executive Services. Brett also restructured the Consulting Division, resulting in significant year-over-year growth.
