Mike Higginbotham

Mike Higginbotham is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Counselor at Info-Tech Research Group since October 2020, Mike previously held the position of IT Operations Director at the Texas Department of Transportation for a brief tenure in early 2020, and served as Chief Information Officer at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles from March 2018 to December 2019. Mike's significant tenure at New York Life Insurance Company from 2003 to 2017 included roles such as Corporate Vice President and Divisional Chief Information Officer overseeing the Long-Term Care insurance division, as well as Corporate Vice President and Head of LTC Customer Service Operations. Earlier in the career, Mike gained valuable experience at DXC Technology in various programming and leadership roles from 1998 to 2003. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.
