Tracy-Lynn Reid has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tracy-Lynn currently holds the role of Associate Vice President of Research Shared Services & Talent at Info-Tech Research Group since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director of Workforce & Talent and Practice Lead of People & Leadership at the same company from November 2018 to November 2023.

Before joining Info-Tech Research Group, Tracy-Lynn worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at The Hospital for Sick Children from August 2017 to November 2018. Tracy-Lynn also served as a Senior Labour Relations Consultant and Associate HR Business Partner at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from July 2015 to August 2017 and August 2014 to September 2015, respectively.

Tracy-Lynn also holds additional certifications including CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) and various certifications in Generative AI and Responsible AI from Google.
