Len Newman, PMP, ITIL v3 has a long and varied history of work experience. Len began their career in 1994 as National Operations Manager at ATL International, Inc. Len then moved to EDS Corporation in 1996 as Regional Manager of the Field Technology Support Program. In 2000, they took on the role of Director of Development and Operations at Seneca Corporation. This was followed by their role as Manager of Technical Services at APS Healthcare, Inc. from 2002-2004. In 2004, they joined Systems Plus, Inc. as Senior Technical Manager. From 2007-2020, they worked at EXCEED Corporation as IT Business Unit Director and Corporate Information Technology Director. Most recently, they have been working at Strongbridge LLC since 2020 as Program Management Office Director. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for development and successful operation of multiple IT- and Professional Services-related BPAs and Task Orders with the US Departments of Transportation, Homeland Security, and others. Len has also provided key support for corporate ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI (DEV and SVC) certification programs, as well as technical business development and proposal support, Contracting Officer and operational client relationships, technical and operational aspects of corporate IT, ISO 9001 and 20000 compliance and recertification, and management support in multiple other focus areas. Len is currently employed as Director of Programs and Technology at Infotrend Inc. since 2022.

Len Newman, PMP, ITIL v3 has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business from the University of Maryland, which they obtained between 1984 and 1989. In 2011, they obtained their ITIL Foundations certification from EXIN. In 2012, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
