Melissa Gray

Melissa Gray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa currently works at InfoTrust as a Project Manager, a role they assumed in June 2023. Before joining InfoTrust, Melissa worked as a Client Success Manager at the same company from April 2022 to June 2023.

Prior to their time at InfoTrust, Melissa worked at Clarivate as a Service Account Manager from January 2018 to June 2023. In this role, they provided support for strategic customers, conducted analysis on customer production and needs, and identified trends and solutions based on customer input.

Before Clarivate, Melissa worked at Flagstar Bank from December 2014 to March 2017 as a Personal Financial Services - Sales Support Delivery Specialist.

Melissa also had their own private practice as a Professional Coach from May 2009 to January 2016. In this role, they facilitated personal and professional growth for clients, created original materials, conducted marketing and public speaking activities, and wrote professional articles.

Melissa's early career included roles at Lifestyle Lift, where they served as an Operations Analyst and Project Manager from April 2006 to July 2014. Melissa also held a sales position at Lifestyle Lift from June 2005 to April 2007, excelling in inside sales, conducting presentations for prospective patients, and providing outstanding customer service.

Melissa Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Rochester University, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. In 2010, they pursued a program in Neurolinguistic Programming with a focus on Communication at Success Strategies.
