Mohit Punj

Mohit Punj is the Chief Financial Officer at InfoVision, where he oversees all of the company’s financial functions. Mohit brings 20+ years of experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis, capital budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate strategy, capital market transactions, strategic planning and decision-making, contract negotiations, and financial restructuring. He is a trusted executive leader with a focus on driving strategic growth.

Prior to joining InfoVision, Mohit has held multiple leadership and senior positions at Basic Energy Services and Deloitte, among others. Mohit’s most significant professional achievements have focused on helping businesses solve challenging problems that were inhibiting their growth.

Outside of his work at InfoVision, Mohit volunteers his time for community development initiatives with organizations such as the United Way of Tarrant County. As a passionate educator, he dedicates some of his free time to teaching the CFA curriculum at SMU’s Cox School of Business, TCU’s Neeley School of Business, and University of Dallas.

Mohit holds a CFA charter and the CPA certification, a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and one in Marketing from University of Indore, India. While Mohit’s formative years were spent in India, he has lived in Texas for the last 20 years and therefore, now calls Texas his home and himself, a native Texan. Mohit loves to travel with his wife and two kids and enjoys cooking and karaoke music.
