Michaela Butler

Michaela Butler has a diverse work experience. Michaela began their career as a Business Consultant at InfoWorks, Inc. In 2018, they became a Time Management Representative at the University of Notre Dame Athletic Department. In 2019, they joined Grupo Unoporciento as a Business Strategy, where they worked on marketing and branding, assisted in expansion of the brand in emerging markets, and designed new business plans. In 2020, they became the Manager and Event Coordinator at The Swan House Tearoom, where they personally handled all scheduling of employees, payroll, and product inventory, and planned and executed events for ~130 guests.

Michaela Butler is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Findlay, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Michaela previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Notre Dame in 2020. Additionally, Michaela has obtained a Prosci Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in August 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
