Shalini Lala

Shalini Lala's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2019,she joined ADROSONIC as a Software Analyst and later became a Research and Innovation Engineer. Shalini then transitioned to the role of Presales Solutions Engineer and is currently working as a Business Consultant. In 2019, Shalini also worked as a Project Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Prior to that, they served as the Training and Placement Coordinator at Training and Placement Cell, BIT Mesra from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, they were part of NSS BIT Mesra and held positions such as General Secretary and President.

Shalini Lala completed their Integrated MSc in Mathematics and Computing from the BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received a certification in C Programming and Data Structure from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In 2017, they obtained a Gandhian Leadership certification from Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad. In 2019, they completed the Instanda Foundation Training certification from INSTANDA. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Instanda Advance Training Certification from the same institution.
