Piyush Govil

Piyush Govil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Piyush started their career as a Software Engineer at INTELLEC VISIONS PVT LTD. in Mumbai in 1997. Piyush then worked as a Software Engineer at Singa Soft India from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, Piyush joined Advantage Learning Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager - Engineering. Piyush successfully managed multiple projects under the company's Math/Reading products line using Microsoft Technologies. Piyush continued in this role until 2009.

After that, Piyush co-founded Coefficient Integrated Solutions and worked as a Co-Founder and Entrepreneur for a year. In 2010, they took on the role of Senior Consultant (Entrepreneur) at ITCONS e-Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Piyush also actively participated in volunteer positions. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the Service Delivery and Technology Leader for the PMI Ethics in Project Management CoP at the Project Management Institute. Piyush was also an Executive Board Member and Vice President - Communications at PMI - North India Chapter from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Piyush worked as a Project Management Professional at Asentech LLC for a brief period. Piyush then joined ABES Engineering College in 2014 as the Head of HR and Communications. Piyush was responsible for overseeing the HR division, implementing an HR management system, and managing media relations and communications. Piyush continued in this role until 2017.

Currently, Piyush is working at Infozech Software Private Limited as the Associate Director - Human Capital. In this role, they lead the implementation of HRMS on the cloud, automates various HR processes, ensures strategic compensation and benefit strategies, and builds a learning culture within the organization.

Piyush Govil's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, obtained from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Piyush attended the Project Management Institute in 2007 for the Risk Item and writing Review Committee program, specializing in Project Management. Piyush also holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2007. Furthermore, Piyush obtained the Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary) certification from LinkedIn in April 2020.
