Patrick Sheridan

Patrick Sheridan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick is currently the President & CEO of INFRA, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Interim President & CEO from January 2020 to December 2020. Before joining INFRA, Patrick was the COO/CFO of INFRA from September 2018 to February 2020.

In 2016, Patrick founded their own company, Patrick Sheridan LLC, where they worked as the Founder until September 2018. Prior to that, they held two roles at Merrill Corporation. From December 2013 to October 2016, they served as the VP Product, leading a team of 25 indirect and 3 direct reports in product management and development. Before that, they worked as a Senior XBRL Professional Services Consultant from September 2011 to December 2013, guiding public filers in successfully filing XBRL-formatted financial statements with the SEC.

Earlier in their career, Patrick held various consultant positions at Hudson, Joerns Healthcare, The Mosaic Company, and ADC Telecommunications. Patrick also served as the CFO of FORU Holdings (formerly Capsalus Corp.) from 2009 to 2011, raising over $20 million in convertible debt and managing accounting and financial activities. From 1996 to 2004, they were the President/CFO of Leisure Design, where they directed all financial, operational, IP, and IT activities. Patrick began their career as the CFO of HMU Management Company, providing financial and administrative services to long-term care facilities.

Patrick Sheridan attended the University of North Florida from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting. At Marquette University, Patrick studied Accounting, although the specific duration of their enrollment is unknown. Additionally, Patrick obtained the certification of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in 1990.
