Pankaj Phadnis

Pankaj Phadnis is the National Head of Retail at Infra.Market. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at Dalmia Bharat Group, where they were responsible for launching and establishing Dalmia Cement in Maharashtra & Goa. Pankaj also oversaw sales and marketing operations for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra and Goa. Before Dalmia Bharat Group, Pankaj Phadnis worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., where they launched and established Jaypee Cement in Maharashtra. Pankaj has extensive experience in designing and implementing business models and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Pankaj Phadnis has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in International Banking from Symbiosis International University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Institute of Management Studies at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same university.

Pankaj Phadnis works with Satya Kaliki - Chief Technology Officer, Ramesh Raina - National Head - Steel & Metals, and Dinesh Bhatia - Business Head - Branded Retail Stores. Pankaj Phadnis reports to Souvik Sengupta, Co-Founder.
