Shashi Kanth

Shashi Kanth is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years in various strategic roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager Human Resources at Infra.Market since April 2022, Shashi Kanth leads the HRBP function for South India, focusing on HR strategies that enhance talent management, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Shashi Kanth was the Lead HR Business Partner at ICRISAT from August 2016 to April 2022, overseeing global HR functions for a workforce of 700 across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Earlier experience includes HR Business Partner at Cyient, managing 1,100 employees, and as an Associate Consultant-HR at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations for a workforce of 2,000.
