Djoko Soegito

Djoko Soegito has extensive experience in ICT leadership, currently serving as Teamleader ICT Control Center and Coordinator Operations Compliancy at Infrabel since April 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance monitoring and scheduling teams, managing back-office operations related to job scheduling and IT infrastructure, and leading a team of four within the Service Operation Desk that includes the Service Desk, Monitoring Desk, Service Level Management Desk, and Support SOD. Prior to Infrabel, Djoko held positions as NOC & OC Manager at ICTRA (B-Holding) from July 2006 to April 2011 and as Coordinator and Helpdesk Monitor at SNCB from March 1994 to June 2006. Djoko holds a Graduat degree in Informatique de gestion from ISAT, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
