Jaiganesh Karthikeyan has work experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at InfraCloud Technologies since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2015 to January 2021.

Jaiganesh Karthikeyan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in production engineering (sw) from PSG College of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in May 2021 and the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator from Microsoft in September 2020.
