Vishal Biyani

Vishal Biyani has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Vishal is currently the Founder & Chief Technology Officer at InfraCloud Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since June 2016. Prior to that, Vishal worked at AudienceScience as a Sr. Software Engineer, Cloud & DevOps from October 2015 to May 2016, where they were involved in building and managing a monitoring platform and developing formulas/playbooks for data products.

Before joining AudienceScience, Vishal served as a Technical Architect, Cloud Computing & DevOps at HCL Technologies from June 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they helped enterprises implement DevOps by assessing IT maturity, defining capabilities, and implementing tools and technologies.

Vishal's earlier experiences include working at Infosys as a Senior Developer from April 2011 to May 2013, where they developed a modular platform and a centralized log management system. Vishal also worked as a Developer from August 2009 to April 2011, contributing to the development of a virtual product sampling application. Additionally, Vishal was a Technical Lead and Onsite Coordinator from January 2008 to July 2009, where they designed monitoring frameworks and performance-tuned code for a data-intensive product lifecycle management platform.

Apart from their roles in technology companies, Vishal has also worked as a Writer and Editor specializing in Cloud Computing at SitePoint's CloudSpring from October 2011 to November 2012. Vishal continues to be an active writer for SitePoint. Prior to that, Vishal worked as a Sr. Application Engineer at Nike from April 2011 to May 2013.

Vishal Biyani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, which took place from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Vishal has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Puppet Professional 2015 Certification from Puppet Labs, Inc. in April 2015, the AtomSphere Integration Cloud - Process Developer I certification from Boomi, Inc. in March 2014, the Sun Certified Web Component Developer certification from Sun Microsystems in August 2007, the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems in January 2007, the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation] in October 2018, and the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification also from CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation] in September 2018.
