Gisela Peleira

Gisela Peleira is an experienced professional in the railway infrastructure sector, currently serving as the Head of Track and Geotechnicals Unit at Infraestruturas de Portugal since June 2015. Previously, Gisela held the role of Technical Specialist focusing on asset management and rail track maintenance. Gisela's career includes significant positions at both REFER and Ferconsult, where expertise in rail track engineering and project management was developed. Early in the career, Gisela worked at Mota-Engil, managing construction and planning for railway projects. Gisela holds a Licentiate degree and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
