Helder Lourenco

Helder Lourenco serves as the Diretor do Centro Operacional da Grande Lisboa at Infraestruturas de Portugal since January 2014, leading the department. Previously, Lourenco was responsible for managing periodic maintenance contracts for roadworks as the Gestor da Unidade de Conservação Periódica e Obra. Experience includes roles at Estradas de Portugal from October 2001 to December 2013, including Gestor de Obras and Diretor de Fiscalização focused on roadwork supervision. Prior to that, Lourenco worked at SADE as Responsable Regional SST and Directeur Travaux, overseeing new construction projects in the Paris region, and at Eurovia as Ingénieur Travaux managing road construction projects in Lorraine. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP, a postgraduate in General Management from ISEG, a degree in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and a postgraduate in Occupational Health and Safety in Construction from Universidade Lusófona.
