Mariana Payra

Mariana Payra has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Mariana began their career as a Senior Teacher at 4D Content English, where they were responsible for course design, recruiting, and delivering classes. Mariana then worked as a Junior Executive at Bk Financial Consulting, where they handled client communication, supplier relationship management, and market research. Mariana later joined Enrique Piedra Cueva Consulting Team as an Associate Consultant, contributing their expertise to consulting projects. Mariana then transitioned to a role in the field of psychotherapy, serving as a Psychoanalytic Therapist at an undisclosed company from 2019 onwards and as a Clinical Psychotherapist at Centro de Psicoterapia Di Mauro - Davrieux starting in 2021. Mariana also has a strong background in human resources, having held positions at Infragistics. Mariana served as a Senior HR Representative, collaborating with leadership teams and implementing HR policies. Mariana then became the Director of Talent Development, focusing on performance management and development initiatives. From 2019 to 2021, they attended the Instituto Universitario de Postgrado de AUDEPP and obtained a degree as an Especialista en Psicoterapia Psicoanalítica in the field of Clinical Psychology.

In 2013 and 2014, they studied at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' and completed an MBA with an emphasis on Recursos Humanos (Human Resources) in the field of MBA.

From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Postgrado de Especialización en Gestión de RRHH (Postgraduate Specialization in Human Resources Management) at the same university.

Between 2002 and 2008, they attended the Universidad de la República and earned a degree as a Lic en Psicología (Bachelor of Psychology).

Before that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the Instituto Anglo and completed a Teacher Training Course in the field of Language Education.
