Morgan Cortes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Realtor at Legacy Realty, Inc. for a year. In 2014, they transitioned to the automotive industry, initially working as a Sales Consultant at Crain Auto Sales and later as an Internet Sales Manager at Crain Automotive.

In 2015, Morgan joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held multiple roles in sales operations and management. They served as the Sales Operations- Indirect Sales Support Management, TS Global Operations - Account Operations Lead, and Sales Operations- Sales Support Management Team Lead.

In 2017, they moved to Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and continued working in sales operations. They served as the Sales Operations- Sales Support Management Team Lead and later as a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, they managed Salesforce initiatives and conducted CRM data analytics.

From 2018 to 2021, Morgan held the position of Process and Capabilities Manager at Micro Focus. They managed complex initiatives focused on business intelligence, technology advancement, and process improvements. They also evaluated and streamlined core systems and implemented scalable platforms to support business growth.

In 2021, Morgan joined Homepoint as an Emerging Technology Program Manager. They reported directly to the Chief of Staff of the CEO and managed strategic initiatives for technology advancement.

Most recently, in 2022, Morgan joined Infragistics as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. They are responsible for directing sales optimization initiatives and managing operational functions essential for productivity and collaboration within the sales team and executive leaders.

Morgan Cortes holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Strategy and Operations, from Central Baptist College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including "Become an Agile Project Manager" from LinkedIn in June 2021, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2019.
