Annika Helisvaara has a wide range of work experience. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Consultant and Assistant at Human Factor Oy Ltd. In 2009, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki, working on projects in the discipline of Social Psychology and with qualitative research data. From 2014-2017, they worked at Suomen Mentorit ry as a Project Manager, organizing events, coordinating mentor-mentee pairs, executing board decisions, managing customer and cooperation relations, and running internal and external communications and social media channels. In 2016, they were a Project Manager at Reservin Mentorit, in charge of the daily business of the mentoring program for servicemen. From 2017-2018, they were on parental leave. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager and Communications Manager at Infrakit, in charge of people operations and culture, leading recruitment, onboarding, trainings, and developing workplace well-being, as well as overall development of internal HR systems and processes.
Annika Helisvaara completed a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Social Science in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki in 2012.
