Manu Marttinen

Senior Customer Success Manager at Infrakit

Manu Marttinen began their career in 1996 as an Asphalt/Infra worker at Lemminkäinen. In 2003, they joined NCC as a Laboratory Analyst and was responsible for quality analyses and GPR measurements in the road network. In 2005, they were promoted to Service Manager and was tasked with creating a laboratory and quality control system. In 2007, Manu became Quality Manager and was involved in a large pavement project. In 2008, they moved to Business Development/Project Manager and worked on calculation and tender projects. From 2011 to 2020, Manu held various roles at NCC, including Site Manager, Area-level, Site Manager, Sector-level, and Head of System Support and Digitalization. In 2020, Manu moved to Infrakit as a Development Manager, Services.

Manu Marttinen has a diverse educational background. Manu obtained a Master's Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Aalto University between 2001 and 2017. Manu then completed a Liikkeenjohdon Koulutusohjelma in Construction Management from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd between 2015 and 2016. Manu also earned a Rakennusalan tuotantojohdon koulutus RTJ in Construction Management from Rakennusteollisuuden Koulutuskeskus (RATEKO) in 2018. Finally, they completed a Johtamisen Erikoisammattitutkinto in Construction Management from Rakennusteollisuuden Koulutuskeskus (RATEKO) between 2018 and 2019.
