Sanna Kontiainen

Sanna Kontiainen has a wealth of experience in the land surveying field. Sanna began their career in 2010 as a Maanmittausharjoittelija at Vantaan kaupunki - Vanda stad - City of Vantaa. In 2011, they continued their role as a Maanmittausharjoittelija at the same company. In 2012, they moved to Espoon kaupunki - Esbo stad - City of Espoo to work as a Geodeettinen laskija. In 2013, they became a Maanmittausalan tuntiopettaja at Stadin ammattiopisto, teaching Kartoittajan ammattitutkinnon tuntiopettajan sijaisuuksia, including MicroStationin perusteet, karttatuotanto, and alan uudet tekniikat. In 2014, they returned to Finavia as a Harjoittelija. In 2015, they were promoted to Maanmittausinsinööri at Finavia. In 2016, they moved to Mericon Oy to work as a Land Surveying Engineer, performing monipuoliset maastomittaukset muun muassa takymetrilla, gnss:llä sekä dronella, vedenalaiset luotaustutkimukset korkea- ja matalataajuisella luotaimella sekä monikeilauksella, and mittausaineistojen jälkikäsittely, mallinnus ja karttatuotanto. In 2021, they returned to Finavia as a GIS Team Supervisor at Aviation Electricity. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist at Infrakit.

Sanna Kontiainen is currently enrolled in a Master of Engineering degree at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Maanmittaustekniikka, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Sanna is also enrolled in a Tietomallikoordinaattori (infra) program at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In 2015, Sanna Kontiainen earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Land Surveying.
