Technical Support Representative at Infrascale

Vitalii Onisimchuk has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with a Research Engineer (Ph.D program in Physics) role at the Institute for Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 2014, they moved to ZoomSupport for Business as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2016, they became a Customer Support Representative at DataRobot. In 2017, they took on two roles: Technical Support Representative at Infrascale and Customer Support Engineer at MobiChord. At MobiChord, they were responsible for providing professional technical support for customers, maintaining the application, interacting with engineering, supporting customer end-users, documenting support cases, conducting customer satisfaction calls, and sharing improvement ideas.

Vitalii Onisimchuk has a Specialist's degree in Finance, General from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a Master's degree in Physics, Experimental Physics from the same institution. Vitalii also attended A.Krushelnytsky Gymnasium, where they studied Physics and Math. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including LPIC-2 Linux Engineer (202-450): 4 Network Client Management (November 2022), Exam Prep: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) (October 2022), LPIC-2 Linux Engineer (201-450) Cert Prep: 4 Filesystem and Devices (October 2022), LPIC-2 Linux Engineer (201-450) Cert Prep: 6 Networking Configuration (October 2022), Linux System Engineer: Authentication with LDAP and Kerberos (October 2022), and LPIC-2 Linux Engineer (201-450) Cert Prep: 2 Linux Kernel (September 2022). Vitalii has also obtained the Data Science Summer School certification from the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology of the Ukrainian Catholic University (July 2020) and DataRobot Essentials from DataRobot (October 2016).
