Catarina de Noronha has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Catarina began their career as a Marketing Team Member at AIESEC in Porto from March 2015 to March 2016. Catarina then transitioned to become a Marketing Team Leader at the same organization from March 2016 to February 2017. During this time, they also served as the Country Facebook Manager for Portugal from February 2017 to July 2017. Catarina later took on the role of Marketing & Brand Experience Director for AIESEC in Porto from February 2017 to February 2018.

In January 2018, Catarina worked as a Media & Communication Trainee at W Global Communication by Mediana for three months. Catarina then joined AJ Aguiar, Lda. as a Marketing & Development Manager from November 2018 to December 2019.

In July 2019, Catarina obtained the certification for "Search Engine Optimization" from Lisbon Digital School. In June 2019, they completed the "Search Engine Marketing - Campanhas de Publicidade e Métrica" course from AEP - Associação Empresarial de Portugal, and also the "Tudo Sobre eCommerce" course from Tudo sobre eCommerce.
