Ruben Santos

Ruben Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ruben is currently working at Infraspeak as the Head of Customer Success Iberia since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Customer Onboarding from May 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they served as the Customer Success Onboarding Lead from May 2021 to May 2022, and as a Customer Success Manager from October 2017 to May 2021.

Before joining Infraspeak, Ruben worked at Cortadoria Nacional de Pêlo, SA as a Project Manager from February 2016 to September 2017. Ruben also gained experience at Grupo Salvador Caetano, where they held positions such as Management of Validations for Jigs and Mold - CAETANOBUS from September 2015 to February 2016, and Continuous Improvement on Production Process - CAETANOBUS from December 2014 to September 2015. At Faurecia, Ruben worked as a Product and Process Engineer - Metal Plant from July 2013 to December 2014, handling responsibilities such as prototypes production management, production line management for Renault project, and promotion and support of continuous improvement activities. Prior to that, they conducted a Dissertation at FLUPOL - Surface Engineering Lda from February 2013 to July 2013.

Ruben Santos completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Manufacturing, Product Development, and Automobile Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Ruben attended this school from 2006 to 2014. In addition, Ruben also studied at Universidade Federal da Bahia for a year from 2010 to 2011, but the degree name and field of study for this period are not provided.
