Carolyn Flowers

Carolyn Flowers has held various executive and board director positions in companies such as Neology, Inc., National Express Transit Corporation, and AECOM. With a background in finance and marketing, Carolyn has also served as the Acting Administrator at the Federal Transit Administration and as the CEO/Public Transit Director at Charlotte Area Transit System. Carolyn holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from UCLA.
