Carina Topham

Carina Topham's work experience includes a role as Deputy Director - Strategy, Policy and Planning at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Policy and Commercial Advisor at the Department for Transport (DfT) in the United Kingdom from July 2015 to May 2022.
