Jo Ellman-Brown

Jo Ellman-Brown began their work experience in 2006 as an Associate Director and MENA Head of Planning at Mace. From 2010 to 2011, Jo worked as the Head of Planning at MGM Resorts International. They then joined Mace Group as an Associate Director from 2011 to 2014. From 2013 to 2015, Jo held the position of Head of Project Services at Southern Water. They then worked as a Principal at Rise Management Consulting from 2015 to 2017. Jo's next role was as the PMO Director for Expansion & Capital Programme at Heathrow from 2017 to 2019. Jo then joined Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) as the Head of Function for Project Controls/Project Delivery from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Jo is the Deputy Director of Project Delivery at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) starting from 2020.
