Adam Carr

Vice President, Sales, Easements & Acquisitions at Infrastructure Ontario

Adam Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam started their career as a Planner in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs in 1993. In 1993, they also worked as an Asset Manager in Canadian National Railway until 2005. In 2005, they joined Ontario Realty Corporation as a Manager in Sales & Acquisitions and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Adam worked in Infrastructure Ontario, starting as a Manager in Sales & Acquisitions and later being promoted to Director and ultimately Vice President in the Sales, Easements & Acquisitions department. In their role, they provided leadership, strategic advice, and developed and executed acquisition and disposition strategies for the government.

Adam Carr completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English and History at the University of Toronto from 1984 to 1988. Adam then pursued their Master's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Urban Planning at York University from 1989 to 1992.
